Albaicin house with beautiful views of the Alhambra

Beautiful and charming rustic/modern style house recently restored in the heart of the Albaicín with wonderful views of the Alhambra Spread over three floors. The bedroom (spacious and unique) is located downstairs as well as the bathroom. The spacious and modern kitchen with vintage touches is fully equipped on the first floor. Finally, upstairs we will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room with its two balconies. One of them looking at the Alhambra for breakfast or dinner. The space FINAL LICENSE: VUT/GR/006778 First of all remember that the house has been restored respecting both foundations, furniture and the arrangement of the original spaces. More than a century long... this is mentioned with the intention of guests valuing the effort OF work. I have always thought that restoring a house in Albaicin is not done what one wants but what the old house allows you without forgetting archaeological studies and....in which it has taken almost ten years to recover it and also remember what until not long ago the work was done with donkeys. I have lived it and suffered. It is going to stay in a beautiful house divided into three very cozy floors in the Albaicín neighborhood, historic heart of Granada, with breathtaking views of the Alhambra and 5 minutes from the Mirador San Nicolás. Very quiet and central pedestrian neighborhood, ideal for enjoying the magic of the city. The house is not recommended for people with REDUCED MOBILITY. We remind you that the FREE PARKING on our property is located outside the house and to have it AVAILABLE you must request it in advance. # FOREIGN REGISTRATION# Unfortunately, our PARKING system does not recognize those LICENSE PLATES, so we cannot provide the GARAGE service. The lovers of Google Maps and other well-known APPS "" NEVER "" are ADVISED to EVER enter with the vehicle around the city center. It is restricted, forbidden and fined. World Heritage Site, Albaicin is an Arab neighborhood that has preserved its ambiance and charm. It is a pleasure to walk along its alleys, squares and viewpoints with great views to the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. Guest access The house has a separate entrance and is composed of three floors. Bedroom has 1 double bed and bathroom is located downstairs as well as a second bedroom-bedroom bedroom connected to the master bedroom. On the first floor we have a spacious and complete kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Upstairs a cozy living room with two balconies. One of them with a large window with uninterrupted views of the Alhambra where you can have breakfast or dinner and the other that overlooks the street and we can feel like we are living in a village. This is true since the Albaicín is considered a Moorish village within a western city. All doors and windows in the house are double glazed. The house has A/C and wall fans in the living room and bedroom. During the winter you can use electric radiators and heat pump. Remember that due to the appearance of the neighborhood and characteristics of Albaicín, the house has STAIRS. Other things to note The house has STAIRS and its access is PEDESTRIAN only. The house will be CLEANED as always in a deep way. Emphasizing areas and frequently used objects for peace of mind for both guests and hosts . "PARKING" IT IS not POSSIBLE to get to the house by car. For this reason, we offer the possibility of using a parking lot of our property outside of the accommodation easily accessible and out of the city. Then we advise to take a TAXI according to instructions that will be given later. "CHECK AVAILABILITY" In the case of having to provide THE PERSONAL PARKING CARD for having the FOREIGN REGISTRATION vehicle guest ( which the parking system does not recognize) and it is not delivered and returned to the reception office a refund of 20 euros will be claimed. Is CARD will be delivered at the CONTROL OFFICE (MAIN ENTRANCE) or in your case in a MAILBOX to the right of it.
