Having fallen in love with the mesmerising scene of breathtaking views of the iridescent blue of the Ionian Sea and the wild olive groves, it is here, in Loustri, a small authentic village characterized by its warm colours, where they decided to make their project a reality. And this, whilst respecting the Venetian setting, tradition and architecture, thereby offering yet greater pleasure to holiday makers. In 2018, driven by nostalgia, it was Alexander’s and Samy’s turn, the two sons of Stephanos, to restore their father’s dream. Unable to bear the sight of these apartments being abandoned, they took the leap and decided to bring them back to life. Over a love of the place itself but above all, over a desire to perpetuate the memory of family.
