The space Consider this your home away from home. Our unit is simple, clean, comfortable, and has all the basic things you will need. Bright, with ample sunlight, our unit has an amazing view, especially at night. Towels, linen, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath gels, dish soaps, and paper towels are provided. *There is a laundromat within the property. The Property We are in Grass Residences, Tower2 on the 30th Floor. There is a private walkway to SM City - North EDSA making everything you need very accessible. The building and entire property has 24-hour security. *Parking not included. There is guest parking, but on a first-come, first-served basis. House Rules - 2pm Check-in; 12pm Checkout. We can accommodate special arrangements subject to availability. - Utilities (water, electricity, wifi) are all included. - Use of amenities are allowed for registered guests with a fee, and only from Mondays to Fridays. - We require a copy of all guests' IDs prior to check in. This is the Building Administration's requirement to ensure safety for all. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay/sleep in the unit. - No smoking. No pets. No parties. No cooking of smelly food. - One-time set up of linens and towels. - Please dispose of garbage in the garbage room. - Please turn off a/c, lights, other appliances when you leave the unit. Conservation goes a long way. - Cleaning and change of beddings during your stay can be arranged for a $20 fee. A Note From Your Hosts We will do everything we can to ensure your stay is comfortable, smooth, and worry-free. In turn, we hope you do take care of our place as you would your own home. Guest access Guests have the whole unit to themselves. Guests may also use the amenities offered within the condominium for a fee (during weekdays except holidays). The fees for each amenity are listed below: Basketball Court: P150.00/person Badminton Court: P75.00/person Pool (Adult): P150.00/person Pool (Kid): P100.00/person Gym: P100.00/person Other things to note The condominium admin requires all guests to be approved by them. This document is what you will present to the guards at the gate for you to be allowed inside the property.
