I rent an apartment in the very center of Batumi, the White Magnolia building, on the 11th floor(13) overlooking the sea. The sea is 50 meters away. Near the building there are dancing fountains, restaurants, cafes bars,various shops (hypermarket 24 hours), McDonald's, water park, dolphinarium, aquarium, boulevard. Air conditioning,washing machine, internet WI-FI ,TV with cable TV, permanent hot water (electric heater), hairdryer, electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, kitchen with dishes, iron, ironing board, dryer,linen and towels.
