The flat is situated in the very centre of the town and the well known bohemian neighbourhood Skadarlija. It is utterly new, as well as all equipment. The 65m2 flat includes a living room, dining room, bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom, along with a small but terrace. The flat also includes underground garage in the building. The bedroom is fitted with a big double bed and the living room with two sofas which can be turned into a comfortable bed for two. The flat is on the first floor. The building has a lift, entrance and an intercom. It also incorporates central heating, air-conditioning, cable television with numerous home and international channels. It is provided with a internet (wi-fi) and a landline phone for local calls. You will be supplied with a bed-linen (changed weekly), clean towels (changed twice a week), toilet paper, soap, detergent, an iron, a hairdryer etc. Cleaning of the flat isn’t charged.
