Peyia Pearl Complex, Macstudio 1

The building itself is 10yrs old but l am first owner so all inside is new. There is all you need to make yourself at home. The complex is 10 minute walk from peyia village where you will find local bus stop some bars, kebab shops, kiosk and also super market. Residents of the complex is very helpful friendly people and take pride in the area. It's clean, tidy and pet free. The space As you walk in the front door you are walking into kitchen that has all you need. Cooker,oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery for 4 people. All pots pans that you would need to cook you favourite food. Ones past kitchen you have your double bed to the right with memory foam topper and to left you have a nice corner sofa that folds out to a big double bed. Also has wardrobe chest drawers table chairs and a flat screen TV. The TV has a fire-stick so you can stream TV from around the world as well as latest movies, TV shows and stream the PPV channels. There is also an Amazon Alexis echo dot for you to listen to radio stations or play your favourite music. You have WiFi inside the room but if you need an Ethernet connection then you can plug your lead into the router. The bathroom is small so has no bath but we have a nice shower inside cubical, toilet and sink with bathroom cabinet. Back door goes out to the big balcony that has corner couch and table, also a swing couch that folds to bed. The balcony enjoys sunshine from around 11am till end of the day. There is a communal pool about 2 minute walk from front door with free WiFi and enjoys the sun just about all day. Guest access When you arrive at the complex the apartment is in the first block, when looking at the complex from the main road the block is to your right. You go up the stairs to first floor turn right and it's the 2nd door #69 macstudio 1 and key box is at the right hand side of door. Other things to note I have a shuttle bus for free pick up and drop off at paphos airport for guests that book minimum 7 days, but unfortunately this can only be when am home at the moment.
