Situated in old town “El Carmen” close to most of the main attractions of the city, just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram station that brings you to the beach and greatly located for its festivity “Las Fallas”: mascletás, nit del foc, ofrenda (Plaza de la virgen) and some of the most important monuments. The place is small but cozy and the neighborhood is plenty of attractions and things to see/do. Once you are here, this is your home. The space The location of the apartment is just perfect: few minutes walk from many of the main attractions of the city and from the tram station that brings you directly to the beach. It is located in the old-town El Carmen, just by the Serranos Gate, and just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful park Turia (the old river which was dried out and converted to a 6 km long beautiful park). By bicycle or walking, you will be able to explore the city from a great basecamp in the city center. Valencia city was not affected by the floods of October, don’t hesitate to come and enjoy this beautiful city! Guest access The whole apartment is for your personal use.
