The space Vacation on the pony farm Our friendly and fully equipped self-catering holiday rooms on the pony farm with Icelandic horse breeding can be rented! Up to 3 rooms for up to 6 people in total can be rented independently of each other or the entire accommodation. For the entire property, please select this listing. For individual rooms, select the corresponding rooms from the other listings. All additional fees are charged only once per rental, not per room. The house: kitchen, common room and the lower bathroom can also be used and entered by other guests of the pony farm during your stay. The bedrooms are private. The wooden kitchen was lovingly handmade. There is a stove with oven and 4 hotplates, a large sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and plenty of dishes. For shared quality time there is a cozy large living room. If you don't want to go to sleep with pony farm scent in your hair, you can either shower or take a bath in the bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets available. Speaking of sleeping! There is a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 rooms with a bunk bed and, if desired, a baby bed. Please let us know your equipment requests when booking so we can prepare everything! The anteroom has enough room for your dirty rubber boots and hiking boots. You can dine in the dining room connected to the kitchen. In cold weather, you can even heat up the cozy little wood-burning stove. We can provide you with quite a lot of practical things, so your luggage is limited. For example: towels, bed linen (also in children's size), a fully equipped kitchen, children's armchair and high chair, children's rubber boots, pants, riding helmets, back protectors, strollers, various vehicles such as children's bicycles, tricycles, wheels and much more. Again, please let us know in advance what you need. And of course we have ponies, goats, dwarf sheep and our dear dogs to sweeten your hikes. Riding lessons, rides, day rides and guided tours on our good Icelandic horses can also be booked. Just as we like to give you tips for the best wine tastings, the most delicious wines or the most beautiful excursions in our region. Oh, and we have a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This is sometimes very important if you are on vacation on the farm or at the latest if you want to go back to civilization. In summer, we also like to set up the children's paddling pool in the courtyard and you are welcome to grill with us (or alone). Depending on the season, we may be able to offer you vegetables from the farm garden and dairy products from our goats or at least tell you where you can go shopping for good local food. For example, at the farmer in the neighboring village, who owns a farm shop, where there is actually everything you need for a good meal, directly from the region. Oh, and wine. We hope you like good wine or at least grape juice or at least grapes. There is hardly a village with a greater density of excellent - mostly even organically certified - winegrowers than Großriedenthal. Whether you are a group of nature-loving friends, cyclists passing through or a family with small children who would like to take a vacation on the farm, there is something for everyone in Großriedenthal. We offer riding lessons, goat hikes, nature tours and workshops. Our place is famous for its excellent wines and we will be happy to help organize a wine tasting. There are many excellent wine taverns in the surrounding villages. The Wagram offers beautiful nature with breathtaking animal and plant species. If you would also like to visit cities, Tulln an der Donau and Krems are each half an hour away and the city limits of the cosmopolitan city of Vienna can be reached in 45 minutes. You will live in a private house with private guest rooms and shared kitchen, common room, bathrooms and toilets. We recycle: Glass, Cartonage, Plastic bottles, cans. - All rinsed out! Paper. What can’t be recycled has to go in the big bins for paper and „Restmüll“ before you leave. The cleaning fee you are paying is not instead of this work! It has to be payed for the 8 hours we spent on the „left in a good condition apartment“ cleaning the house and laundry und preparing everything for you so it is perfectly clean and neat. Activities: After making an appointment, you are welcome to book horsebackriding tours for experienced riders from 1 hour up to a day, pony rides for your children, riding lessons for the family or a hike with our goats and a nature tour. We are trained, certified national park rangers and certified riding instructors. Freizeitangebote: Nach Terminvereinbarung könnt ihr gerne Ausritte zwischen einer Stunde und Tagesritten für erfahrene ReiterInnen buchen, Ponyreiten für eure Kinder, Reitstunden für euch oder auch eine gemeinsame Wanderung mit unseren Ziegen und oder eine Naturführung buchen.
