Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Free on-site parking space. A security deposit of €600 is required; it is returned at the end of the stay. Bed sheets and towels are not provided. The space Ideally located you will be 15 minutes from Lake Annecy and 15 minutes from Laclusaz & Manigod. You get unique views of the heart of the thon valleys. This place doesn't have a tv, but has a box with wifi. Bed side, 1 bed of 140 in bedroom 1 and 1 bed of 120 in bedroom 2, terrace with BBQ. **IMPORTANT ** A deposit check of €600 will be requested upon arrival and returned according to legal provisions (max. 2 months after departure) if everything is ok! If you are a foreigner and do not have a "French" check, the deposit will be deposited in cash against a written receipt and everything will also be returned upon your departure if everything is in order. Please note: Sheets and towels are not provided (duvet bed type in 120 and 140). Mattress covers and pillowcases are provided. You'll also find on site tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and a few things that are useful for cooking.
