Designer House 12 pers with Garden 23' from Paris

We are pleased to offer our lovely 155m2 house to rent for 6 to 12 persons: 6min by foot from station Garches-MarnesLaCoquette with great living spaces and nice terrace on 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, a ground floor art atelier which can be shared with others and a courtyard/garden. In the middle of greenery with Parc just in front, Garches village has cinema, library, swimming pool, golf, tennis, horse riding just around... Ideal to visit Paris or Versailles while staying in a calm area. The space The house offers a very warm and designed (we are both architects) environment over 3 floors: -a ground floor with a large entrance (and access to an independant art atelier which can be used by other users) with access to a lovely courtyard/garden with hamocs and garden furniture fully accessible during your stay. -first floor is the main living space with a living room with a big sofa (convertible for 2 guests but not the best confort), a dining room for 8 guests, a breakfast room for 4 or 5 (ideal for kids) with a day bed (convertible into 2 single confortable beds also for 2 guests), a kitchen fully fitted and access to a lovely terrace (be careful with small children as there is no handrail) with yuccas, lavender, oleanders, jasmine… where you can read, play or dine. -2nd floor boosts 3 double bedrooms: 1 double bedroom overlooking the garden with a desk and a dressing room (which can be turn into a child bedroom with a convertible pouf) and an ensuite shower room. Another smaller double bedroom and a third large double bedroom (yellow wall) with two working stations both facing South with plenty of sunlight. And a bathroom and a separate toilet all accessible from the staircase landing. An extra mattress is available to host 2 extra guests in the yellow bedroom. -the 3rd floor is an independant studio rented annually, so you may cross our lovely tenant in the staircase going up or down during your stay. Our house is ideal for 6 or 9 people but you can accommodate 11 people easily with the breakfast room convertible day bed and up to 13 people with the living room convertible sofa. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note that since the Covid we ask ou dear guests to bring their bath towels and bed linen (fitted sheets, top sheets, pillow cases). Sizes are communicated once your booking is confirmed. If you are coming by plane and can not bring them, please note an extra charge applies for cleaning before and after your stay. Many Thanks for your understanding. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guest access There is an independant studio on the 3rd floor which is usually rented annually so you may cross our lovely tenant in the house entrance or staircase at some point but except the entrance door and the staircase, none of the spaces pictured are shared, they are all yours! We have a key box for your flexible and autonomous arrival. Other things to note If you are coming by car, you can park for free in the street in front of the house and around. And if we are not around at your arrival, we have a key box with a code to allow you to arrive autonomously.
