Spacious, luminous apartment ideal for families, 1 minute walk from the beach & Promenade des Anglais, 1 min to tram line 2, 10-15 mins drive from the airport and 5 mins drive to the train station. The space The space is a comfortable and spacious living area with an open American style beautiful kitchen with amazing facilities. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with LED lights around the bed which can be turned on or off with a wave of your hand. The living space is equipped with fiber speek internet WIFI and a 65-inch Smart TV with a Netflix account included for all our guests to enjoy. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for 2 as well if you need more sleeping space. There is a common bathroom in the living room that comes with a shower, toilet, sink and a washer-dryer machine (that's right, it both washes and dries so no need for hanging clothes!). The living area is attached to the main kitchen of the apartment that is equipped with an American-style fridge, brand new oven and microwave, stove, utensils for cooking and eating, and a big table for 6. The second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. There is a study table included in this bedroom. This season, we have acquired a secured enclosed parking space for our guests to use and this is available on a first come, first served basis for a small extra charge. Please enquire separately if needed. The surrounding area has recently been landscaped to be an extremely pleasant and vibrant neighborhood, with a brand new tramway, a small park area just outside the apartment and obviously the 5km stretch of beaches, which characterizes Nice as a destination. The promenade des anglais is literally 1min walk away and all crossing have been made safe for pedestrians (although please still take care in the riviera traffic). There are a few beaches with lifeguards just parallel to the apartment. This apartment is strictly non-smoking apartment. Pets may be allowed but please request in advance of booking.
