B is a cozy lower level unit nestled in the rear of the primary property with easy acces (no steps or stairs, just pull right up to the unit). Serene setting and very private although easily accessible to main roads. Close proximity to Cleveland/ Helen. Great for couples. The property is quiet and serene. Owners reside on property and are actively involved with ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests. Owners/hosts welcome questions from guests about current events and activities occurring in the area. Since this is a lower unit you may experience some foot traffic noise from above. We do ask all guests to be respectful of the fact that other guests are in close proximity and may share common areas at times. We are pet friendly but do have some conditions in order to bring pets. No more than two animals at a time as animals can get anxious when owners are away and cause disturbances for other guests. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and especially the bedding. While some guests welcome their pets to share all their space including furniture and bedding, others are not and we want to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. Guests may access the outdoor garden areas, pool/decks, fire pit and outdoor grill as well as the numerous places to sit and relax around the property. We do ask that you are respectful of other guests who may be visiting at the same time. Our interaction with guests is limited to the amount of time that guests want to interact with us. We are happy to share events, restaurants, activities to enjoy in the area and how to get to various activities. We always enjoy getting to know our guests but want to respect their privacy. We are located on a private road that we share with two other neighbors so it is important to remember this when entering and leaving the property. These neighbors are friends and welcome our guests. We share our property with free range chickens who provide fresh eggs, one cat (Sasha) and one dog (Jack). Jack is a protector and will bark anytime someone new enters the property. Upon arrival, we will try to meet/greet you but sometimes the timing does not work out. When we are unable to meet/greet you upon arrival, Jack takes up the helm. It is best to speak to him and let him smell you which is his way of saying hello. Once you do, he welcomes you as a guest to our property. You may or may not se Sasha. She is not as social as Jack and may be working to keep the varmits out of our shop. The chickens will wander wherever the food takes them. Not to worry, they are harmless and will not chase or try to bite you. We do have roosters who like to alarm the neighborhood that it is morning but the coop is far enough away from the house that it is most likely you won't hear them when they crow, but we can’t guarantee. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We ask the following of our guests with pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture like the bedding, the sofa, or other chairs that have fabric on them. When pets are outside, make sure they are on a leash. Pets should be crated when you are not with them as pets left alone can cause major damage. If something is damaged or destroyed during your visit, please report immediately. We appreciate responsible pet owners. Because this is a very rural area, we do not have public transportation or taxis. Lyft is available and a limo service which is primarily used for special events such as weddings or transporting individuals to and from the Atlanta airport. The unit is fully furnished complete with linens including towels, complimentary personal hygiene items, kitchen utensils, drip coffee maker with some coffee brands and condiments, iron with ironing board and hair dryer. We also provide dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. There is a first aid kit in the apartment should an immediate need arise for first aid. Any additional items that a guest may need to make their stay more comfortable may be made available upon request, depending on whether host has immediate availability of them.
