LOCATION! LOCATION! This home is located 1 1/2 blocks from our downtown Moscow Main Street. Walk to a Fantastic variety of dining choices, fun shops and our seasonal Farmer's Market. A 2 min drive takes you to the University of Idaho campus. Washington State University is a 9 mile drive. An ideal set up for larger groups, this home has two kitchens & 2 large bonus/ family rooms. The main level kitchen is stocked with everything that you might need to cook for and serve your friends and family. The large dining room table seats up to twelve + 2 additional tables with lots of extra chairs. Both main level & lower level family rooms are fully furnished with TVs, comfy sofas, easy chairs, lighting & all you'll need for your relaxing enjoyment. ** Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: 1st bedroom on main level: 2 queen pillowtop beds. 2nd bedroom on main level: a king pillowtop bed. 3rd bedroom in the lower level: 1 cozy king pillow-top bed. Lower Level: Twin trundle bed Hotel quality linens and feather blankets with linen duvets adorn the beds. All 10 guests have an actual bed for sleeping / no air mattresses or sofa sleepers. We are residents of Moscow and available to assist with any issues. Our guests enjoy complete privacy with this non owner occupied home. However, we are Moscow residents and will quickly respond to any needs. CONVENIENCE! You are less than a 1 block walk to our Moscow Food Co-op & a 1 block walk to Main Street, the heart of downtown Moscow, where you'll experience a variety of exciting restaurants, book stores, coffee shops and so much more. Downtown Moscow is host to our local Farmer's Market each Saturday, May through October. The Market is located on Main Street & in Friendship Square & held from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Local musicians perform from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ALL within walking distance from our 5th St. house. Moscow offers a wide variety of park facilities with quiet picnic spots & space to enjoy your favorite activity. Parking is sometimes limited on the front street. Ample parking in back of home - accessed via alley - which includes: 1 car in garage, 2 cars behind garage. Digital garage opener on side of garage. Garage opener code sent w/check information.
