The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Once inside the apartment there is an open plan space with kitchen/ dining / lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and cupboard space. There is an electric ceramic hob, microwave, an under unit fridge freezer, toaster & kettle. There is a double sofabed, Smart TV (with access to Netflix & Prime Video - guests must use their own codes) dining table & chairs in the lounge area. There is an airconditioning/heating unit in the lounge area too. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with glass screen, toilet, sink & single wardrobe /cupboard & mirror. A spiral staircase, by the kitchen, leads up to the 2nd floor directly into the upper bedroom with a double bed (140x190cms) and storage/hanging space for clothes. The bed has storage space underneath where you will find extra linen & an iron. There is a flat screen Smart TV (with access to Netflix & Prime Video. Guests use their own codes), a full length mirror & an additional air conditioning unit upstairs too. There is an en-suite bathroom attached to the upper bedroom with a toilet, basin, mirror & cupboard. From the upper bedroom there is door out to the top terrace, where there is table and 4 chairs for dining. There is also an exterior shower which provides the perfect place to wash off after a day at the beach. There is a sea view from the terrace over the marina and out to sea and also of the Gava mountains behind. Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels & cloths will be provided for the duration of your stay. Bedding is provided and guests make up their beds on arrival. Guests should bring their own beach towels. A hairdryer is provided for guests. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a shared utility facility within the marina building - about 30 seconds walk from the apartment. A fee is payable. It’s 3,50€ for the washing machine (includes detergent) and 2€ for 1hour of the dryer. WIFI is included Secure parking within the marina is available. Guests should contact the marina office for pricing and access. The apartment is located in a small building with other neighbours, so please respect their peace and quiet. Guest access Guests rent the entire apartment & terrace space for themselves. CLEANLINESS To offer our guests the greatest peace of mind, I can guarantee that the apartment is deep cleaned with anti-bacterial sprays before guests arrive. Clean bedding & towels are provided for each stay. Cleaning products and hand soap are also provided.
