This is a remodeled one-bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance in the South City Park Neighborhood. The location is steps away from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, independent stores, music venues, a great local craft brewery, the Sie Film Center, and beautiful City Park which includes the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, and countless summer-time events (Colfax Marathon, Colorado Classic Pro Bike Race, Tour de Fat, various charity walks/runs, etc.). The space This 600 square-foot remodeled apartment has a private entrance on the side of our home. As you enter the apartment you’ll find a coat closet for your jackets and shoes, then you’ll walk into the main living area which includes a cozy living room, dining area, and separate lounge area with a comfortable queen-size convertible bed. Down the hall you’ll find a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided), small refrigerator, microwave, and dishes (if needed – there are so many great restaurant options in the area!). Next you’ll find a good size bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and chest of drawers. At the end of the hall is a nicely finished bathroom with quartz countertops, a tub/shower combo and fresh towels. NOTE: There are seven windows in the apartment and both the bedroom and living area have egress windows which provide plenty of natural light. We have high speed wireless, a 47” HD television with Roku. The Roku also allows you to login to any of your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.). This is a family friendly apartment with some toys/puzzles and a pack and play for those traveling with an infant. It has a separate heating zone and thermostat so you can make yourselves comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to entire guest suite. The private entrance has a keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. Check-in time is 3PM and check-out is 11AM. Other things to note Denver requires that legal short-term rentals are within a permanent residence. With that said, we are a family of four and live upstairs. We have insulation between floors and brand new floors that dampen the noise, but there will be some noise and footsteps from upstairs when we are using our main level. A permit is provided for on-street parking and there is almost always a spot right out front. On rare occasions you may need to park down the street a little bit.
