Chaloklum, Koh Phangan (North of the island) This beautiful & modern one bedroom apartment is 78 m² It is located in a new residence of 8 apartments, with shared swimming pool. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the gorgeous Malibu beach and there is a 7/11 minimarket 1 minute walk. It is located along the main road going through Chaloklum. The pier & center of the village are just 1 km away. Every Sunday it comes alive with music and local food market to enjoy. The space The living room includes: *A large air-conditioned living room, with ceiling fan, smart TV and sofa bed (sleeps 1) * A dining area with table and chairs *A kitchen area with fridge, induction stove, microwave, toaster and kettle The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. It is equipped with a queen size bed and a wardrobe with hangers (14 m2). The bathroom is of Western standard, with toilet and walk-in shower The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a terrace on the street side (two chairs and a table) and a closed rear terrace with clothesline. The residence has a beautiful pool to cool off during hot days. This is shared by the tenants of the residence. We recommend that guests rent a scooter or car during their stay to get the most out of our beautiful island. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE *Rental includes water and Wi-Fi bills but not electricity. The electricity bill must be paid at the start, at the rate of 6 THB per unit (meter reading). * Fresh water, shower gel, shampoo, garbage bags, sponge and toilet paper are available to guests on the day of arrival only. *We do not provide extra cots, desks or mattresses *Housekeeping is not included for stays of less than 20 nights.
