Clean and recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment, conveniently located about 200 meters from the sea, Porto Montenegro, and many wonderful restaurants and cafes. It is located on the first floor in a quiet and safe residential area. There is a Aroma market just across the street. The apartment is equipped for both short and long stay, including heat and air conditioning. The space -The apartment is very clean, recently renovated and on the first floor of a residential apartment complex -There is one bedroom with a large bed and closet. The second bedroom is smaller with a single comfortable pull-out couch.The bedrooms are fully furnished with sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. -The family room can also sleep 1 or 2 people quite comfortably on the couch. There is a large TV with cable included. -The bathroom has a full bath and/or shower, as well as a hair dryer and washing machine. -The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board as well. -Air conditioner / heating unit is located in the family room, but can efficiently cool/heat the entire apartment. -Intended for 2 to 4 people, although a family of 5 with children could easily make it work. -The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove, dishwasher, and all basic utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is no microwave. There is a dining room which seats four. -There is also a full size refrigerator and freezer Guest access We will meet our guests in person upon arrival. Other things to note This apartment is about a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride from the airport or bus station.
