Granny Cottage nestled at the back of our Parkhurst home. The cottage is completely refurbished. The cottage has a double 4 poster bed - all linen and curtaining has been included with loads of cupboard space. The bathroom has a single basin, toilet and bath with hand shower. The lounge area has wiring for DStv and connection, at own cost. Kitchen has a washing machine for small loads only. Microwave, 2 plate stove glass stove, fridge, single basin, kettle, Nespresso, and all crockery & cutlery The space The cottage is very private and there is an outside area, with table and chairs. The cottage occupants can make use of the communal braai may be used for quiet get togethers. No noise after 10 pm at all. Guest access The guest will have access to a side gate entrance, and will have a tandem parking spot, which will need to be co ordinated based on work schedules.
