The spacious holiday apartment, 85 m² in size with partial Sea View and two separate bedrooms, is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Sunny Beach, only 650 meters from the beach. The space This 85 m² apartment consists of two separate bedrooms (first bedroom has 1 double bed 200x140 cm., second bedroom is with 2 single beds 200x90 cm.), living room with 1 real single bed 200x90 cm., sofa-bed for 1 persons 190x75 cm., coach-table and flat-screen TV. Fully equipped Kitchen, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, bathroom with a toilet, balcony with nice sea view. The apartment is equipped with two split air conditioning systems. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional. Children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs, Max. 1 children's cots/bed/crib. Built on a hill just 650 meters from the sandy Beach with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination of proven healing benefits of fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. My home will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria. Please, be informed that a section of 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is not asphalted. Guest access My guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool. Before you book my apartment, please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! There is a Aperitif- Bar inside the Apartment-complex that offers hot and cold Drinks, sandwiches, ice cream. Arrival/Departure: Standard Check-in is 15h00. Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 09:00 AM + 50% of the current room rate Standard Check-out is before 11h30. Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM + 50% of the current room rate To guarantee early check-in, I recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival.
