Located at one of the most popular tourist areas in the Mediterranean. Beautifully furnished, baby-friendly, with a fully equipped kitchen and a common pool. Perfect for a family vacation! Quiet area, 700m to beach and near all services necessary!! The space There is a comfortable bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and wc, and an open plan kitchen with a living room with sofa, comfortable chairs, T.V. There is a big 16sq.m balcony with table, 6 chairs, outside grill. The apartment is airy, comfortable and quiet, and the pool of the apartment block is clean and safe (for residents only) and great for children. The kitchen area is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster, plates, glasses and cutlery so you can cook your own meals if you wish. All areas with a/c. Apartment is on first floor and has a parking place right underneath it so carrying things to and from the car is very easy. In autumn and winter rates are much lower with availability for all year round renting. We would do our best for you to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay and be happy under the sun. We currently don't cover the electric cost of your consumption. Most of consumption is due to the A/C, however the night time is cool and breezy with windows open. We are always available for any special requests, in arrangement with our guests, so as to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
