Super comfortable, upscale room at a budget price. The room is huge with a den and loft bedroom. The entire Loft and lower couch area (as pictured) is private to you and your guest(s). No one outside of your party will have access to this space. The common shared area is in another part of the home. Close to Metro (7 min drive) and VRE train (Lorton, 3 minute drive). Fort Belvoir is 14 min drive. NGA is a 5 min drive. 20 min drive to Wash DC. Bus stops to Springfield Metro are 40 yards. Rent is inclusive of all utilities, Wi-Fi internet, cable service. In addition you will have access to a Netflix via an in-room Smart TV. There's a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Minutes from shopping, groceries, restaurants, banks and fitness centers. The Fairfax County Cross-County Trail (CCT) is a 3 minute walk in from the home great for hiking and running. This place is perfect for commuters: the home is only 8 minutes to the Franconia Metro station (Blue and Yellow lines),there are 3 bus stops (Fairfax County Connector) all with 40 yards of the front door of the home. Door-to-door to the Pentagon is not longer than 25 minutes. Fort Belvoir is an easy 15 minute drive away, even on bad days. Guests will have 1 parking space in front of the home; You'll have access to the full kitchen as well as the living room with 50" TV. Guest access Entry into my home is via keyless entry (per a 4 digit code that you choose), so you may come and go as you please. :) In addition to your own private room and private full bath (with tub), guests have full access to the entire common living area consisting of a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and rear outdoor deck. Kitchen has all appliances, microwave, dishes, and utensils. We always have a snack bowl of fruit, granola bars and popcorn available. There's a full-sized washer and dryer downstairs for guests to use.
