Regarding the cleaning fee: The cleaning fee corresponds to the time spent on the routine maintenance of the accommodation between two stays in order to ensure a pleasant welcome for all our guests. They cover surface cleaning and the general restoration of the accommodation. They do not cover a deep cleaning or scrubbing service. We therefore ask guests to leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness: dishes done and put away, garbage removed, excessively dirty surfaces cleaned, and the accommodation returned in a condition similar to that upon arrival. In the event of significant soiling requiring exceptional cleaning (encrusted grease, very dirty floors, heavily soiled equipment, etc.), additional fees may be requested.
