700 sf guest house with kitchenette and full bath. The guest house has it's own AC unit, there is wifi and a tv with access to Netflix and Hulu. There is also a compact washer and dryer. The location is close to shops. 13 mins to TPC, 20 mins to Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, 11 mins to Mayo Clinic, 20 mins to Salt River Fields or Old Town Scottsdale. The space This private studio guest house provides you with all the luxuries of a hotel suite and so much more. It was renovated to include a kitchenette with full sized fridge and tiled throughout in the Summer of 2017. It a separate structure with no stairs required for access. There is a coffee maker, mircrowave, toaster, a benchtop hot plate with pans and utensils and anything else you would need to prepare a basic meal. You are also welcome to use the BBQ. There is a compact washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The full bathroom includes a shower, blow dryer, towels, soap and shampoo. Clean linens are also provided. There is an iron and ironing board also provided. Bed 1: King sized bed. Bed 2: Queen Sized Futon. You will find the linens for it under the king bed. We have key less entry so you can check in any time after 3PM without having to meet us for keys. (Early check in and late check out may be available depending on other bookings. Other things to note You'll enjoy privacy and quiet as the home is located on a cul-de-sac street. You are welcome to park off the street out the front of the house.
