We are a residential community of friendly and open-minded students who are renting rooms for the Oktoberfest! Our rooms are conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance away to the Oktoberfest grounds. Top neighbourhood! After-Wiesn-Parties in in-house bar! Affordable rooms, up to 4 people! The space Besides a comfortable and well appointed accommodation in best location, we offer a collegiate atmosphere – many inspiring people and talks as well as new contacts are garunteed! Regardless if you’re visiting Munich just for the Oktoberfest or if you want to gain some cultural impressions – For sure one of your Wiesn-roommates has a bohemian idea for your next adventure. Guest access As one of our guests you can fully expand yourself in your 1-4 bed rooms. In our residential community you’re using kitchen and bath together with your „flat mates“ – So new contacts arise completly automatically. :) Besides all that there’s more: After the beer tents closing the partie continues a tone of our legendary After-Wiesn-Parties! Along good music, football table and the best mood we celebrate the night. Other things to note During this Oktoberfest we offer 7 identically rooms as well as our dorm room with space for up to 10 persons. The party continues in our in-house bar every night after the tents closed their doors.
