Condo in Long Beach

As the Title suggests, this condominium is up on the 16th. floor on the West Tower, right next to the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. It has a "wrap around" balcony, with stunning views of the Queen Mary, Long Beach Marina, and out over the ocean. You can see right down the beach, all the way to Irvine! Easy walk to restaurants in the Marina and Downtown, Movie Theater, and Shopping. Parking space incl. under the bldg, for those drives up & down the coast, or strait up the 710 to LA! The space You'll see when you get here. I have been told many times by tenants that the photos, although they are good, do not do the place justice! Come see for yourself! Guest access You get the entire 1 bedroom condo, plus all of the common areas, including a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ Area, and a "breezeway" through the building that leads to City walkways, which will take you to all of the restaurants and bars you could want, and also to the Long Beach Marina, Long Beach Aquarium, etc. Please note that the tenant gets only 1 parking place (#2), but there is guest parking, which is on the other side of parking level P1, where the tenant parks. But those parking places can only be used for 2 consecutive days, and the HOA monitors this very closely. There is additional parking on the street out in front of the building, but it is metered from 9 am to 9 pm, after that, there is no charge, but be warned, it is easy to forget you are parked there, and they are quick to give tickets. I suggest using the alarm on your phone to keep track! Other things to note Potential and Existing guests: Please be advised that there could be a maximum stay, but right now this is not in affect. I like to consider this on a case by case basis and stay flexible to accommodate the schedule requirements and preferences of my guests, because I want them to enjoy the property as much as I do!!
