Modern and chic apartment located right by the train station in the main shopping area 'Ensanche Diputación' in Alicante city center. The apartment is completely new and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lovely living-/dining room. The apartment is a wonderful accommodation and fully equipped for holiday guests, looking to have a comfortable stay in the delightful city of Alicante. The space Bedrooms: We have considered the comfort to be very important and therefor chosen excellent mattresses for the bedrooms, giving our guests an amazing sleep after a long day of exploring the Alicante culture. Kitchen: You will find all amenities, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer with WiFi should you want to wash before leaving the city. Living-room: We have high-speed WiFi, which allows you to stream Netflix/HBO etc. on the smart TV, should you want to relax at home during your adventures on Costa Blanca. Bathrooms: both bathrooms have WC and a full shower with both rain shower and hand-held shower. There are two high-end air-conditioning units in the apartment, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. The neighborhood The apartment is located right by the train station in Alicante’s neighborhood ‘Ensanche Diputación’ in the center, with endless public transportation available and just 2min walk to the main shopping street of Alicante: Maissonave, here you can find larger stores (Corte Inglés), brand name shops and international franchises. There is also a bus (nr. 21, every 15 min) from Maissonave that takes you swiftly down to the beach if you prefer less walking. The closest tram stop is at the big ‘Plaza de Luceros’, 500m from the apartment. The tram is perfect if you want to visit beaches and cities north of Alicante: San Juan (great beach), Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea etc. The apartment is 900m from the Mercado Central and 15 min walk to the foot of the castle ‘Castillo de Santa Barbara’. From the beach side there is an elevator that for free/€1 (depending on season) takes you almost to the top of the castle. Guest access Our guests enjoy full access to the apartment. Other things to note We are a group of local hosts that manage this apartment and we are always available to give advice, recommendations, and other helpful support to our guests!
