Vacation home on the lake and close to Groningen

The space Sunny spacious house on the lake with a spacious garden. Direct connection to Zuidlaardermeer. House stands in quiet green residential area next to a nature area. In the water behind the house you can swim. By car you are in 15 minutes in Groningen and less than 10 minutes in Zuidlaren. I only rent to families/families or to women. You can inquire about other options at all times. My house is located on floors and four bedrooms. On the ground floor living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet, study/music room with sofa bed. On the first floor bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), bedroom 1 with bed 1.80x2.00, bedroom 2 with bed 0.9x2.00 and bedroom 3 with bed 1.40x2.00. On the second floor bedroom 4 with bed 1.40x2.00 and one space with washing machine. In the summer you can swim behind the house and there is also a sup (stand up paddling) that can be used.
