The space Sunny spacious house on the lake with spacious garden. Direct connection to Zuidlaardermeer. House is in quiet green residential area next to a nature reserve. You can swim in the water behind the house. By car, you can reach Groningen in 15 minutes and Zuidlaren in less than 10 minutes. I only rent to families or to women. You can always inquire about other options. My house has two floors and four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet, study/music room with sofa bed. On the first floor, bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), bedroom 1 with bed 1.80x2.00, bedroom 2 with bed 0.9x2.00 and bedroom 3 with bed 1.40 x 2.00. On the second floor, bedroom 4 with bed 1.40x2.00 and a room with washing machine. In summer you can swim behind the house and there is also a SUP (stand up paddling) that can be used.
