Vacation home on the lake and close to Groningen

The space Sunny spacious house on the lake with spacious garden. Direct connection to Zuidlaardermeer. House is in quiet green residential area next to a nature reserve. You can swim in the water behind the house. By car, you can reach Groningen in 15 minutes and Zuidlaren in less than 10 minutes. I only rent to families or to women. You can always inquire about other options. My house has two floors and four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet, study/music room with sofa bed. On the first floor, bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), bedroom 1 with bed 1.80x2.00, bedroom 2 with bed 0.9x2.00 and bedroom 3 with bed 1.40 x 2.00. On the second floor, bedroom 4 with bed 1.40x2.00 and a room with washing machine. In summer you can swim behind the house and there is also a SUP (stand up paddling) that can be used. There are two bikes that you can use. Tea, coffee, oil, vinegar and spices, all to use. Towels and bedding are provided. Guest access Entire house is accessible
