The apartment has big and wonderful balcony which provides an amazing view of the Philharmonic park: Baku Green Oasis & city and guests can enjoy at balcony. The apartment is 1-minute walking distance from Icheri Sheher subway metro station. There are many main offices of ambassadors from several countries in the Old City. The neighborhood is calm, lovely and secure. The space There is a fridge with the microwave in the apartment, and the set of tableware, tea glasses. The apartment is equipped with the AC and heating system and free wi-fi. The apartment is fully furnished. There is an LCD TV, high speed internet Wi-Fi, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine (with powder).
