The view of the clear blue Mediterranean sea from our luxurious villa with 2 (!) swimming pools Is a true fairytale! It is located at the foot of the Montgo mountain in a quiet street of Denia, close to the harbour, bays and sandy beaches. The detached villa with free parking offers a lot of privacy. It is surrounded by a garden with mountain and sea views. From your bed you can see the boats sailing to Ibiza, here you can feel the relaxed holiday atmosphere any time of the day! The space This complete luxury villa has 2 swimming pools, a 3,5m round plunge pool and also a grande 8x4 meter LED illuminated swimming pool with a beautiful large BBQ terrace. The 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are masterbedrooms with their own private bathroom, each have a sea view or a Montgo mountain view. This makes waking up a pleasure. Each bedroom has air conditioning / heating and comfortable hotelbeds. The fifth bunk bedroom can use the separate next door bathroom from the hall with built-in toilet, shower and sink. The 2 master bedrooms downstairs, each with its own bathroom, are also connected via an intermediate hall so that they can also be used as a family room for families with children. The modern open kitchen has all necessary equipment such as dishwasher, gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ofcourse a coffee maker. There is a beautiful large dining table in the open dining. In addition to a fireplace, the seating area also has a sea view and a large TV. There is a separate open game / work room with access to the sea view balcony. Board games are available and the special salon table can be converted into a Black Jack table or French Roulette. There is internet (the best we could get) and Internet TV with internatiol channels and, movie channels like Netflix and Prime. In addition to an evening of gaming, watching a movie or chess, there are also plenty of magazines and books. Nobody needs to be bored. Guest access The villa has a large garden around the house with multiple sun and shade terraces. Relax in the evening with a delicious glass of wine on the large balcony with beautiful view, or rest during the day under one of the olive trees. Enjoy the plunge pool or the big swimming pool with sea view or look at the famous Elephant mountain, the Montgó. The property is accessed from the street by a wide staircase and only a few steps down to the main entrance. The Villa offers complete privacy and excists out of 2 levels, one at the round 3,5 m plungepool level with 2 masterbedrooms plus a normal bedroom. The 3rd and 4th masterbedrooms are located one floor below with direct access to the bigger 8x4 pool and terraces. This setting makes the luxury villa ideal for one big family, two families or a groups of friends. Other things to note The house is built in such a way that it is basically cool in the summer. The wind from the sea over the terraces and the balcony provide cooling and also in the house by the ventilation system in the frames and by opening the windows.   As an extra, an A / C Airco system is installed in the living room and now also in all bedrooms. The request is to use the air conditioners only in the presence of the rooms and then to close the windows and doors. Furthermore, there are also fans available for those who do not like air conditioning. The area is wonderfully quiet and safe. We have never experienced theft. However, it is wise to lock the house when you leave for a trip or to the beach. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. No sound is allowed outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, also at this time the pools are closed. The house is not intended for parties, which means that we do not rent to groups of (young) people with these intentions. There is no smoking inside.
