Modern apartment in closed complex Grand Kamelia Recently renovated 3 room apartment in the central part of the Grand Kamelia closed complex, 5th floor (elevator is available inside each block). The complex is situated in the center of Sunny beach, near to the supermarkets, restaurants and shops, 10 minutes walking from the sea. You can find inside the complex 4 pools , Pool Bar, Restaurant, sun beds, children playground. In general the area is green and well maintained. The space The total floor area is 84 sq m. Each room has a panoramic window and access to the terrace with an amazing view of the pool and tennis court. The space consists of one bedroom with a big comfortable bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a spacious living room with a kitchen box, a bathroom with a shower and a huge terrace. There is a 50-inch flat screen TV connected to the fast internet, so you can watch your favorite Youtube channels on the big screen. There is free fast Wi-Fi in all the rooms. For your greater comfort, the apartment is equipped with quality linen, blackout curtains, fresh and soft towels, fine bathroom cosmetics and accessories, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is also at your disposal. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, a cooker, a countertop DISHWASHER, and utensils so you can prepare your meal. For all the coffee lovers there is a real treat - a Dolce Gusto espresso machine with complimentary capsules, as well as a wide range of tea. And when you sip on your morning drink, you might as well check out the list with my favorite spots to hang out, dine and shop. Traveling with kids and babies? I know how challenging this can be. For the safety and comfort of your children, there is a baby cot, a high chair, a baby bath, and a potty. Just let me know in advance, and I will take care of everything.
