This spacious townhouse is a beautiful experience in nature in the thick of the luxurious Sandton lifestyle. Situated in Douglousdale, this estate offers amazing amenities fit for guests to enjoy a lovely outdoor exploration, as well as to enjoy serene sun-rises and sunsets. The setting is such that the day lighting is refreshingly in the living area and kitchen, bringing the outside feel inside. Modern wooden flooring, fitted with an inbuilt wine-rack and crisp finishes. The space 1. There are 4 pool areas in the lifestyle complex, all including a braai-area at your disposal. 2. The Riverglades Bistro and clubhouse are 100m from the apartment, where guests can go and enjoy meals as well as drinks during their stay. Guest access The apartment is situated in the Riverglades Estate, and it’s unit 115. When getting to the gate, you can ask them to call unit 115 (option 1) and we will open for you. Please notify us 30mins to 1 hour before proceeding to the property to ensure that our team will be on site to provide you with your keys and tag for the gate to use during your stay (you may check in any time from 12pm i.e. 12 midday). Other things to note Just a courtesy note: Please note that this is a property used by the owner seasonally when in the country, and while on her trips she leases it out or enables AirBnB guests to enjoy the property - as such, you will find it fitted with homeware (including basic eatery items such as her selection of teas) that we ask that you respect. You may make use of them responsibly. Connectivity aspects as as follows: 1. We have a fibre line with WiFi named “TP Link 115”, and the password is “19501955”. 2. We have a TV and smart box that you make use of, when using Netflix you may use the profile named “Kamo” to enjoy something to watch. On the property there are other leisure amenities that you may ask our team to show you to when they provide you with your key, such as: 1. Bistro restaurant, where you can enjoy good cuisine (both dining in as well as for take away). 2. Club house, where you can enjoy their cuisine and beverages (both dining in as well as for take away), be able to play some recreational bar sports like pool and darts, as well be able to purchase small items like milk, tissues, snacks, cigarettes, etc. 4. Pool areas (non-heated) in case it’s hot and you would like to enjoy a swim - the only requirement is to not have loud music in the pool area to respect the surrounding apartments. 5. Field sports courts (Basket ball & tennis) for you to enjoy a bit of workout, should you wish. Should you have any queries, feel free to contact me.
