With its spacious living/ dining area, with seating for six, there is also a dinette with seating for four, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, this home is fully loaded with cable, TV's, wireless internet throughout the home, fresh linens, and a gorgeous east facing private pool, this home has it all. Featuring three bedrooms, one master with ensuite, and two double twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Just 15 minutes from the theme parks, and main attractions, shopping malls, golf courses and entertainment makes Windward Cay the ideal location for dream Florida vacation. Windward Cay is between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses. Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Mall at Milenia, Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, Daytona & Cocoa Beach. PLEASE NOTE: *Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax. The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. Once heating begins for your stay, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or temperature variations. By requesting pool heat, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and all the resort facilities. Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
