Charming Private Castro Studio

Our cozy and comfortable studio offers a perfect retreat for visitors and couples in the heart of San Francisco. Located on a hilly street just three blocks from the historic Castro district, guests enjoy easy access to all public transit for exploring our wonderful city! Please note that we now have a toddler and ask guests to keep their noise level down starting at 8pm. Also, you may hear him in the mornings starting at 7am, so please consider this when deciding to book with us. Thank you! The space Our studio is charming and cozy, offering guests a comfortable place to rest and relax after a day visiting the city. It has its own private entrance, which allows guests to come and go at their leisure. The studio ideally sleeps 1 or 2 people in the queen-size bed, measures 450 square-feet (40 square-meters), and looks onto our garden. There is a patio outside with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. Please note: We now have a toddler and ask guests to keep their noise level down starting at 8pm. Also, you may hear him in the mornings starting at 7am, so please consider this when deciding to book with us. The studio has a Japanese-style tiered floor plan with an elevated bed. That means there are 6 stairs to go up and down to access the bed nook, which may inconvenience some guests. Additionally, please note that the studio is on the ground/garden level. The studio includes: - Private side door entrance - Comfortable Queen-size bed, linens provided - Wireless internet - Our neighborhood guide to help guests find great restaurants, cafes and places to visit - Kitchenette for preparing simple meals. It is stocked with granola bars, sparkling water and coffee. - Living area including a dinner table with chairs and a writing table, and a sofa. - Bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer provided. - Clothes drawer and hanger, as well a clothes iron - A TV with Xfinity streaming (sorry no cable or standard TV signal) Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio, which has its own bathroom and shower, as well as a kitchenette which includes a fridge, hot plate, microwave and toaster oven. Guests can also enjoy the garden and patio with a table and chairs for morning coffee or an evening drink. Instructions if you are coming with a car: Our street is limited to 2 hour parking for non-residents from Monday-Friday. You can park your car for free with no time limit on Buena Vista Ave East (3 blocks away). Please park on the PARK side of the street, as the opposite side is also limited to 2 hours. The Park side in unlimited and you can leave your car overnight. Fridays there is street cleaning, so check the signs and move your car during the posted street cleaning times. Please make sure to remove any valuables from your car as break-ins do occur.
