HOUSE – Biaudos with heated pool

Between Landes and the Basque Country, a small, quiet, green countryside but close to everything! The space Old Napoleonic farmhouse renovated on a 2500 m2 plot. Featuring 3 bedrooms/double beds, a bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a lounge. All these main rooms are connected, which offers a large living space, pleasant and appreciated by tenants. The pool is heated from early May to late September and is secured by a roller shutter. The land is not completely fenced because the property is bordered by a small unsecured stream. The environment is quiet with animals nearby. The garden has several play areas: basketball, swing. A very large enclosure is available for pets. Wi-Fi available. For the organization of your stay, Audrey and Sophie (Conciergerie EXYA) are at your disposal. We are available to answer any questions you may have, and they will be happy to help you during your stay.  To make your stay an extraordinary time, come and create beautiful memories. The house opens its doors to you on April 23, 2022 and is waiting just for you. Guest access The property is completely private during your stay. Other things to note The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and offers a very large area, desk/relaxation area. Note that this is not intended for children, as the staircase does not have adequate safety, and the window is not secured. The maintenance of green spaces can be carried out during the stay, but you will be notified before. Linens will be provided ONLY in high season (MID-JUNE JULY AUGUST MID-SEPTEMBER) for stays of 7 nights or more. IN LOW SEASON: We can provide you with linens if you wish from 15 euros/person (sheets, towels, mats and tea towels). Otherwise, and for hygiene reasons, it will be MANDATORY to bring your sheets so as not to sleep on the mattresses.
