Come. Relax. Enjoy. The space Panoramic views of Coogee and the ocean. High ceilings, polished wooden floors, light-filled, with period detail including stained glass windows throughout. The upper level has an elegant living and dining space with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen (Miele dishwasher, Smeg oven, Ilve gas stove top). A Daikin air conditioner keeps the space cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The upper level also has a large balcony with expansive views. The balcony has a Weber BBQ. The bathroom has a large round spa bath with stunning views. The apartment has three bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds, eco-friendly, whisper-quiet Haiku ceiling fans + Daikon air conditioners. Quality Sheridan bed linen, bath and beach towels provided. There is a rumpus or informal living space (smart TV, Xbox, upright piano) and a separate study/work space. A large bathroom/laundry (Miele washing machine and dryer), and large downstairs balcony (with sea glimpses) are all located on the 2nd level. Fast wifi. The entire space is an expansive 179sq m over three levels. Keyless passcode entry allows for flexible / late check-in. Please note there is no lift in the apartment itself. A staircase links all three floors. Strict: NO Party Policy. 24hr Security cameras are in operation (but not inside the apartment ). Guest access Our apartment is for you to enjoy on an exclusive-use basis. Occasionally we may require access to the downstairs storeroom. We will do our best to give 24hr notice to the guests for access. Other things to note Please note Coastal Penthouse at Coogee Beach has a Strict No Party and No Smoking Policy. We have installed 24hrs security cameras in common areas (not private spaces). Any noise or bad behaviour complaints by neighbours will be taken seriously and could result in eviction with no refund of the remaining rental. Any additional cleaning and management costs will be the responsibility of the guest. The apartment cannot be used for any photo shoots or filming for commercial purposes without prior permission. Any breach of these Policies will result in immediate eviction, with no refund of remainder of rental. If there are any consequent extra management and cleaning fees these will be automatically charged to the guest. Please note that for the safety of all residents we have a back-to-base fire alarm system that is installed within the entire building. To ensure you have an easy and comfortable stay, weekly or fortnightly Housekeeping Service is a requirement for stays longer than 7 days (extra service fee applies).
