The space The Garden Cottage is detached and located behind my residence in beautiful and charming Land Park. Walking distance to great restaurants, markets, and coffee shops such as Chocolate Fish, Taylors Market, Freeport Bakery, Vic’s Cafe and Ice Cream, Starbucks, and the historic Tower Theater. 300 square feet of comfortable living space with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (and coffee) in the room. Entire yard available with comfortable seating in back yard or side patio. The cottage is nicely appointed with internet, a smart TV with Roku, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and great for walking around. There is so much to explore right here in Land Park including a public golf course, the Sacramento zoo, walking trails or explore "the grid" downtown. The State Capitol is less than 2 miles away and is a must see if you've never been. Old Sacramento and the Tower Bridge are 2 miles away and is a fun stop to fit into your visit. There is free and convenient street parking in front of the main house. Guest access Entire yard available with comfortable seating in back yard or side patio.
