The space My house is a traditional Estonian countryside house. I have lived here for several years and continue using this house during my holidays. This house is not a standard Airbnb apartment or hotel. It is comfortable, renovated, and modernized. The kitchen is fully equipped. The adjacent dining area has a large dining table and four chairs. The living room has two new sofas, reading lights, a coffee table, and a television with Netflix, ETV, ARD/ZDF, NPO Start, etc. If the garden needs maintenance, I always communicate this well in advance to ensure guests are not disturbed. The sauna can be used upon request (self-service; wood stove; 20 € per time; not included in house price; no running water during winter). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden, and sauna. A barbecue is available for guests, provided they clean it after usage. A set of garden furniture is available too. Other things to note Sauna use is not included in the standard price. During winter, running water is not available in the sauna. A small section of the access road crosses the neighbours' property.
