It is designed for, and comfortably fits, 5 guests but you can squeeze up to 6/7 if you use the sofa bed in the lounge. It was just renovated and has an indoor-outdoor feel, natural soft lighting, and the scent of fresh jasmine growing on the terraces, so you immediately feel at home. Perfect for both holidays with your loved ones or a business trip. The space As you walk into the space, hang up your towels, and put down your beach bags, you can not help but look out of the communal terrace overlooking the coast line. There is no need to rush off to the store as we are ready for you with coffee, tea and basic amenities to refresh your senses. You will notice the attention to detail in every corner with hand-picked furniture pieces, warm earthy colours reflecting the nature of Montenegro, beautiful handcrafted wooden flooring, and reproductions of paintings by Matisse and Rousseau. Your morning coffee or your late night glass of wine can be enjoyed in the terrace as an extension of interior space no matter the weather with our water proof, sun blocking curtains, you can keep dry and cool. Not ready to show your morning face to the world yet or just need some time to yourself while your friends are getting ready for a night out? Don’t worry there are private terraces off both bedrooms. The charming streets of the old town, sandy beaches, marina, and promenade for a shopper dream are at your doorstep, 500m away. There is a space for every moment. Guest access Your holiday apartment is 500 m, 5 minute walking distance from the magnificent old town a 10-15 minute walk from Budva Bus Station, and a 10 minutes from sandy beaches, restaurants and promenade for a shopper dream. It is easily accessible via the main road coming into Budva from Tivat, Jaz Beach or the Kotor Bay area or from Podgorica through the mountain and Centinje. GARAGE PARKING IS AVAILABLE ! We have your back and a place to put your car! We do provide our guests with garage parking for one car in June, July and August when its almost impossible to find parking in the area. Parking is available in cooperation with our next door neighbours. This space is available 24/7 and in an underground guarded garage. Staff will open the garage for you whenever you come and go. Outside of those months, there will be spot available on our shared parking lot for the whole building.
