Welcome to the gallery apartment at Wenigemarkt - your modern and cozy accommodation in the middle of Erfurt's old town. The apartment with balcony and duplex parking (optional) is located between the Anger and the Merchant's Bridge, each only 50 m away. Restaurants, bars and attractions are very close. Perfect for vacationers and business travelers who appreciate comfort and central location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated Wilhelminian style house. The space The modern, 85 square meter gallery apartment is spread over 2 floors and has an open living and sleeping area. The living and dining area with open kitchen and adjoining balcony form the heart of this apartment. From here you can see the towers of the Kaufmannskirche. Attention!! Due to the internal stairs, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Minimum age bookable: 6 years Up in the gallery is a box-spring bed (1.80 wide) and two more sleeping options are available on the comfortable sofa bed (with slatted base) in the living room. In the living room, there is a TV through which you can watch Internet TV. (Netflix, Prime, Joyn, YouTube...) Adjacent is the open kitchen and a dining area with large table On the lower floor there is a modern daylight bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink with vanity, toilet and bidet. On the upper floor there is another daylight bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet. Linens and towels are included. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: fridge with small freezer compartment, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen and dining area lead to the balcony overlooking the courtyard and the towers of the Kaufmannskirche. On the first floor of the building is the secure duplex parking space - for a fee = €10 per day, payable on site (only for cars!!, max. length 5.00 m, max. width 1.90 m, max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2000 kg). Please reserve the parking space by message when booking! Alternatively, you can park in the "Q" parking garage in Anger 1 (3-minute walk). Cost per day is €13 (it is cheaper if you book online in advance!) Guests can use the washer and dryer on request (for a fee). Bikes can be parked in the bicycle room. When booking, please note that there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
