Welcome to sunrise studio on Middleton. This studio is situated footsteps from Byron Bay’s lively town centre. Not only is the cottage a stone’s throw from world class restaurants, nightclubs and boutiques but also hidden cafes and bars. Sunrise studio is a casual 10 minute walk to some of Australia’s most popular and iconic beaches. Explore this stunning stretch of coastline and forage in local markets for organic fresh produce and stunning artisan wares. The space 2 guests 1 bedroom (king size bed) 1 bathroom. A brand new facelift to one of the last iconic ‘Aussie holiday shacks’ in the Byron Bay town centre, has seen her transformed into a cool, functional and fun space, thoughtfully designed and executed with our guests in mind. The space has a separate king size bedroom with a comfortable, brand new king bed. Whip up an easy meal in your compact but functional kitchenette, complete with stove top , and enjoy dining in your cute and cool eating area. The Sunrise side of Middleton Cottage has a beautiful new bathroom with extra large shower. The home also comes with free NBN Wi-Fi as well as access to Netflix and Smart TV. Technology. The property is fully fenced and secure and an automatic gate provides safe, off- street parking. Features include: 1 bedroom complete with all linen and bath towels only. Beach towels are not supplied. Modern kitchenette with hotplate, microwave and fridge with pantry staples. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Ceiling fan. Free NBN WIFI and Netflix. Parking. Guest access Although the studio is attached to the cottage at times we rent out seperate sides individually, you have complete privacy and your own parking space and entrance. There is a door in between both dwellings that we lock in order to rent the spaces separately. If at any time both parts of the cottage are rented we ask that noise restrictions after 9pm. Because of this we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5years old. Other things to note At times the other side of the Cottage may be booked separately. If this is the case you will share a common wall. You will have complete privacy and own parking spot and entrance.This works well to accommodate smaller groups at the same time. If you have any questions please ask me prior to booking and I’ll be happy to clarify. Because of this we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5years old. We have a family of water dragon lizards on the property, they've been there for generations and are very tame. They can be quite curious but don't worry they won't hurt you if they're left alone.
