Newly built three bedroom apartment, 240 sqm on the 2nd floor , private entrance , 2.5 bathrooms , with lots of shared space. I occupy the master bedroom with my own private bathroom, there are two rooms for rent ( Modern Blue Room & Orange Rustic Room) Please check both listings to see which one is more suitable for your personal taste, there is a shared full bathroom between the two rooms and half a bathroom for guests. The space Big windows , Modern Antique , Artsy with lots of open shared space ( Dinning area , Living room , TV Room , Kitchen , Balcony & Laundry room ) . Guest access Full access , all shared space, except my private room . During your stay Easy going , friendly person , as long as we both respect each others privacy and house rules. I am always available for any advice, on local information, any help possible. Other things to note Smoking is on the balcony. Cleaning after yourself . Turn off all lights before going to bed. No loud music after 12 PM. No guests or sleep overs.
