Enjoy it, respect it, feel you at home! The space The house is located on the high hill, where is better to reach with a car, but also there is going one bus "104" every 15 min. There is a supermarket "5" in 5 min down, and two small shops up the house. The sea is around 40 min by walking and 15 min by car, the nearest beach calls "Mamayka". Big commercial center "Moremall" is around 10 min by car, close to the center of the city. Flat is full furnished, with all techniques that you may need. Maximum comfortable staying - 3 persons. There is a sofa which transform for a bed, and a big matrass upstairs (there is one half-level above the corridor with big space to keep your things and matrass). You will have a big bathroom with a bath and toilet and washing machine. The is WiFi and big parking down.
