The Agriturismo La Civitella is nestled in the hills between Scansano and Magliano in Tuscany, in the Tuscan Maremma. The farmhouse is entirely made of local stone; it has been recently renovated, adapting it to an agritourism, using the typical materials of the area and thus allowing it to completely blend in with the surrounding landscape. We have two apartments with separate entrances equipped with an independent kitchen, a large garden and a spectacular panoramic view of the Argentario and the Isola del Giglio. The space The Agriturismo consists of two independent apartments. The "Asia" apartment consists of a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, and a bathroom. "Aeneas" apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, and a bathroom for the disabled. PRICES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THE BOOKING PERIOD... The use of the washing machine adjacent to the Agriturismo is provided free of charge upon request. The Agriturismo is "green" with a particular focus on the environment thanks to the dedicated photovoltaic system, the electricity produced is then used for induction heating plates and all other electrical utilities present, without the introduction of Co2. A large space outside there are barbicues where you can make tasty grills and dine accompanied by a spectacular sea view. Guest access The property extends over about seven hectares of land, including scrub and olive groves. A large garden is available, and you can walk anywhere, respecting the environment without throwing waste on the ground... cigarettes, etc. Other things to note Reservations for the entire apartment are only for two people, to be evaluated from time to time according to the period.
