Charming apartment in the district of St Martí, closed to Sagrada Familia. The space Bright, cozy, and quiet home located on a pedestrian street full of cafés and shops. The house keeps most of the 19th-century furniture and its genuine Modernist style, but it has been remodelled in order to provide a most comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with: - Fully equipped kitchen - 1 toilet with 1 shower - hairdryer - Linens and towels. - Central heating - High-Speed Wifi - TV Guest access The apartment accommodates 5 people in beds. There is one master room with a double bed, plus 2 single rooms, one with 2 single beds, and another one with 1 single bed. However there’s a sofa bed in the living room (only 1'20m wide), and the possibility to have a cradle (1'70m long) too. - Linens and towels are included. If you are only 2 guests, we will lock the unused bedroom(s), for ecological purposes. Guests can always choose the bedroom(s) they prefer. Other things to note To ensure a seamless check-in and to remain fully compliant with local Spanish regulations, we kindly ask you to review the following details regarding your upcoming visit: Guest Registration: In accordance with local law, we are required to register all guests with the authorities. Please have the following information ready for each adult traveller: Full Name & Surname Nationality ID or Passport Number & Expiration Date Email Address & Phone Number Home Address, Zip Code, and Hometown Note: For guests under the age of 14, only the Full Name and Surname are required. Check-in Times: While we love to greet you during standard hours, we offer a late check-in service for those arriving in the evening. As this requires us to coordinate staff outside of normal hours, the following fees apply (payable in cash upon arrival): After 20:00: €20 After 23:00: €30 House Rules: We take great pride in being part of a wonderful local community. Barcelona City Council maintains strict regulations to ensure the peace of the neighborhood. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. Respect: To protect our license and the comfort of our neighbors, please be aware that significant noise complaints can lead to immediate local intervention. To cover the administrative costs of resolving such issues, a €50 fee will be applied to any incidents involving noise or house rule violations. Mandatory Tourist Tax: The City Council requires a tourist tax of €9.50 per person (ages 17+) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax is not included in your initial booking total and is collected upon arrival. We will provide a formal receipt for this transaction. Payment: While cash is preferred, we can process this through Airbnb if necessary; please note that Airbnb may apply an additional service fee for this transaction.
