This is a condo equipped with basic furniture. One closet in each room, shoe cabinet, sofa, dining table, beds, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, and kitchen utensils. The space Basically, it's a 44 square meter condo and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is within the living room and the dining place. Every space is limited which is common for condo units in metro manila. Since most people look for one bedroom, I have opted to advertise it as one bedroom. After booking is confirmed, just let me know which bedroom is appropriate for you then the other bedroom will be locked. Bedroom 1: It comes with one double bed good for two. Best for couples. It has en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: It has a bunk bed good for three people who don't mind sharing bed with friends. NOTE: For two guests who don't want to share a room and would like to have their own bedroom then input 4 on the number of guests so you'll pay for the price of two bedrooms ( entire apartment). The price on this listing is for 2 or 3 guests sharing one bedroom. You'll notice on the additional fees that there is an additional fee for per person per night after 2 guests. It's important to input the actual number of guests because only paying guests are allowed to enter the building. Visitors can only be entertained in the lobby. 2. Airbnb booking doesn't provide bookings based on the number of hours you stay. You're charged on a daily rate regardless of what time you check in and out. 3. Make sure to check out on time ( 11:00 A.M.) because cleaning service for the unit is scheduled only from 11 am to 2 pm. Delayed check out can affect the cleaning time.
