Perfect for accommodating 3-4 people. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi with a good speed. The windows face only the yard which is full of light. The house has two elevators, the apartment is on the 6th floor. Guest access The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: - a small kitchen panel with a sink, a gas hob, a spacious fridge, a microwave. Two new TVs. - There is a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils for 4 people. - The apartment also has all toiletries (shampoos, gels, toothpastes, etc.), a hairdryer, an ironing board, washing machine and all household appliances. Other things to note - NO SMOKING in the apartment, you need to go outside; - No outdoor shoes in the apartment. Early check-in and late check-out are possible: - If the time of early arrival/late departure differs by less than 6 hours, the additional fee will be half the cost of one day of stay; - If the time of early arrival/late departure differs by more than 6 hours, the additional fee will be the full cost of one day.
