Welcome aboard to our exquisite 5Bhk(3+2) Villa De Plumeria, 1km to the clean & cosmopolitan Candolim beach,famous for its white sand & culinary delights for lovers of multicuisine as well as local Goan flavours. Its a 5 min drive to all tourist attractions/restaurants/bars/supermarkets. 37km from Dabolim Airport. The Villa is tucked up in a quiet cozy corner overlooking the cool, crisp blue waters of the pool. Well protected in a tree-lined gated community flocked by birds & ample greenery. Villa 3bhk + Villa 2bhk, two adjacent villas with separate entrances with the private pool cum jacuzzi in common. The owner resides on the premise in a separate 2bhk villa located between both the villas so that our guests get personally catered to. Villa 3bhk Floor #1 As you enter you step into our casual porch dining area. The dining table for 6 with a charming view of the pool and the sprays of greenery n bright bougainvillea will make eating a pleasant affair. The porch can be converted into a private one with the blinds down. So it's open, airy & private at the same time to make merry and enjoy. The living area boasts of a plush leather sectional sofa, a TV and an ornate chess table to activate your grey cells or treat it as a breakfast table when required. The multipurpose functionality is the uniqueness of this piece. No AC in the living room due to the attached open kitchen plan. A welcome basket will be waiting for you in our uber-chic modular kitchen with inbuilt induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, RO water purifier and a kettle is all set to satiate your hunger pangs. We provide you with some utensils and enough dishes and cutlery for a group of 9. The refrigerator is huge enough for all. ACs are provided in all 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1: Mahogany 4-poster king size bed & colonial furniture with an ensuite bathroom. It has a private door and also has direct access to the dining area. The glimpses of the blue pool between the tall palms from this bedroom has a very calming effect. This room comes with an extra floor mattress (chargeable). Downstairs leads to the basement stocked with a washing machine, clothes dryer and an ironing board. Floor #2 Bedroom #3 & 4 with ensuite bathrooms are located in the more brighter sections of the house, they have their own charming honey oak 4-poster king size beds and elegant pieces of ornate furniture and 2 extra floor mattresses (chargeable). Both rooms have direct access to the spacious terrace decked with sun beds and bean bags, ideal for parties, get-togethers or to simply have a snooze, laze around with a book and a fav drink, play games, soak in the views of some Goan landscape and the overlooking pool. Evenings will treat you to a multitude of birds chirping, squirrels prancing & the soothing twinkling stars at night with the mellow sea breeze blowing. Villa 2bhk Floor #1 As you enter you step into our laid back living cum dining area with ample space. The beautiful dining table for 6 makes eating a very homely affair. The air-conditioned living area comprises of an uber comfortable sofa, a TV, a toilet, washing machine, ironing board, pleasant pool view from the balcony. This room is attached to a very spacious kitchen cum dining area with a sofa which can be turned into a floor bed for extra guests (chargeable). A welcome basket will be waiting for you in our simple but fully furnished modular kitchen with inbuilt induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, RO water purifier and a kettle to satiate your hunger pangs. We provide you with some utensils and enough dishes and cutlery for a group of 8. The refrigerator is big enough for all. One must climb a flight of stairs to reach to both the bedrooms. Floor #2 ACs are provided in both the bedrooms. Bedroom #1: This bright, airy bedroom comes with its rosewood king size bed, dressing table and a cute wardrobe attached to a long balcony with splendid pool view will give you a premium yet a comforting feel. An extra floor mattress is also provided. This room has an ensuite washroom. Bedroom #2: Similar elegant rosewood king size bed, dressing table & a wardrobe with an ensuite bathroom. This roomy and cosy bedroom attached to it's own balcony with splendid pool view has it's own soothing charm. An extra floor mattress is also provided. The expansive private pool to splash around is quite tempting, a set of sun beds to chill and keep an eye on the kids and oldies. Get massaged your tired bodies in the jacuzzi after all the fun n frolic. Please note that the open jacuzzi is a bathtub with underwater jets & not a tub filled with hot water. The society's common pool is also at your disposal, we request you to follow the rules & etiquette. WiFi connectivity is throughout the house. In case of a power failure, we have a working inverter. The backyard of the house is under maintenance. It falls under society's property & very soon a garden is planned to transform that patch into a beauty. Till then it should not hinder your holiday with us overall. All in all Villa De Plumeria is an eclectic mix of vintage meets contemporary and an ideal haven for family/friend reunions, chill parties, corporates, small events, fun & togetherness. Also a perfect place for people seeking solitude n peace. We can help you out with renting cars and 2 wheelers. The owner lives in the adjacent villa and can help you out with your requests. Regular cleaning and changing of sheets in every 3 days. Towels & soap provided. Ours is a self catered villa and so we do not provide breakfast/meals. But we have a fully furnished kitchen that you could use. The helper could help with cleaning utensils once/day. Calling food online from Swiggy, Zomato's, Domino's and nearby restaurants is also possible. Complimentary Goody Basket items you receive ONLY on the day you arrive: Veg: Bread, butter, jam, cheese, milk, cookies, chips, maggi, cakes (eggless). Non-veg: Bread, butter, jam, cheese, milk, eggs, cookies, chips, maggi, cakes. Only Tea and coffee supplies will be provided throughout your stay. Feel free to use the kitchen. Happy Holidays! The Goa electricity board at times likes to carry out maintainence checks which at times may or may not last for few hours. An inverter is provided to ease out some of your troubles. Note: Inverter doesn't support AC, geyser, induction, microwave, fridge. In rare cases when the outage is for longer periods & the inverter drains out kindly be considerate & plan something accordingly. Please don't blame us as the situation is out of our hands & everyone suffers equally. But such a crisis rarely arises! C). Ours is a self catered villa and so we do not provide breakfast/meals. But we have a fully furnished kitchen that you could use. Calling food online from Swiggy, Zomato's, Domino's and nearby restaurants is also possible. D).
