The space Newly renovated duplex in the heart of the historical town of Rovinj. This is a newly renovated duplex in the very centre of Rovinj. Downstairs there are the kitchen, dining room/living room (with a fold out sofa bed) all in one space. Upstairs there are a bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom with a washing machine. It perfectly fits 2+2 people. The apartment has AC. From the apartment you can easily get to all the important sights of Rovinj. Supermarket, farmers market, fish market, beach, bars, restaurants are all within 2-5 min walking distance. Fresh linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided. The closest beach is 50m, others are 500 m away. Our apartment is located in the historic center of Rovinj, in a pedestrian zone, so you don't need to use your car (public parking is on 5-10minute walking distance from our apartment). Ferry to and from Venice is 10 min walk away as well as the main bus station. Other things to note We are in the no car zone so you cannot reach the house by car - you have to leave it at the big parking lot at the entrance to the town and walk from there, about 10 minutes walk. If you have a lot of luggages, please contact me prior to your arrival to facilitate your arrival. There is a service that carries luggages around the old town with an electric cart.
