The space Our unit is a modern fully furnished 1BR unit that is conveniently located at Azure Urban Resort, West Service Road Bicutan, Parañaque, 5-10mins walking distance from SM Bicutan. It can accommodate business workers, small family or couple. Rate is inclusive of association dues, water, electricity, wifi & Netflix for staycationers. Parking is not included, it may be rented out for an additional fee. Stress? Traffic? Long flights? Why not give yourself a break! Late check in fee is 100/hour. 👥No unregistered guests 📄All guests must submit their ID’s to the unit owner for Azure’s approval to create a QR code that will serve as a gate pass. 📰All guests needs to present ID's upon check in at gate 2 for verification process. 🐶Pets are not allowed 🚬Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit, penalty P3,000.00. Smoking is allowed at the BALCONY only and designated area located at the ground floor of the building 🩱Proper swimming attire is required - bathing suits, swimming trunks, board shorts, rash guards, etc. 🚿Bath towels we provided are for in room use only. 👕No hanging of clothes in veranda ☀️Change to dry clothes in the club house prior to going up the unit ♨️Light cooking is allowed 🍱No food or breakfast included in room. You can bring and deliver food at the Unit with no Corkage Fee 🍔Food delivery is allowed 🛏We make sure that the bed linens, duvet, covers are washed every after check out. 🧹If you would like to request a room cleaning during any length of the stay, cost is 500 peso. ♻️Please maintain cleanliness.
