The newly renovated bathroom is steps away in the hallway. The adjacent room is another AirBnB listing and there may be another guest(s) staying in it that you would share the guest bathroom with. The house has easy access to highways and is close to popular bars and restaurants. Guest access This listing is for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. There is another guest room located next to yours and is also available for rent on AirBnB. The queen mattress is brand new and super comfy! You can use any appliance in the kitchen if you'd like to make meals or store food in the fridge and feel free to help yourself to coffee and tea at any time. House has 1.5 bathrooms for your use, television, wireless internet, family room, atrium and laundry room. Linens, towels, hair-dryer and shampoo/body wash are included and there is a community pool just steps away behind our house for your use as well. During your stay My wife Virpi and I live in the house as well and have 3 cats: Sugar, Tipsy and Cosmo. We are very social and love interacting with our guests. Of course, if you'd prefer your privacy, thats not a problem either. We both work mainly in the evenings, so we are usually home the majority of the day.
